Free Trial Lessons are scheduled during one of our normal practice sessions. You MUST pre-register to attend a Free Trial Lesson! All lessons are held at the Rosen YMCA Aquatic Center, 8422 International Dr, Orlando, FL (free trial lesson is about 30 minutes long).
